Maintenance Checking
Maintenance Check
1. Check the tire pressure once a month and when you go to long distance places. Make sure to use a good tire pressure gauge to inspect the inflation on all 4 tires, including your spare tire.
2. Make sure to inspect the air filter of your car.
3. Inspect the exhaust system for parts of rust and replace them. Make sure to listen for sound changes in your exhaust. Finally, make sure to always tighten loose clamps.
4. Make sure to clean the radiator. By removing debris from the radiator, it prevents overheating but make sure to use a soft brush and wash the outside of the radiator.
5. Always check the engine's oil monthly for your car to be in good condition.
6. Always make sure that when after 36,000 miles, you should change the automatic transmission fluid. At first, the fluid is going to look pink ( which means its still good for use) , but when the fluid turns a brownish color, that's when you need to replace/change the fluid.
